Computer Works. I Dream.

28 November 2025Anton Merkurov

I am shifting the release of this journal to Fridays.

Not because I have breaking news, but for synchronization. The goal is simple: release all mental data on Friday evening, clear the cache, and enter the weekend with a silent mind. (Although, honestly, for the last couple of months I’ve been confused about days—I am constantly doing something).

For my early subscribers, I want to share my Business Model (not to be confused with the financial model, which is still under development).

Traditional business is about Staff.

Take the Art Business, for example. My "competitors" have at least 3-4 people writing texts. At least one designer. A few programmers. They pay for expensive CMS solutions like ArtLogic. And that’s not counting the sales team, negotiators, and accountants.

I don’t have anyone. I don’t spend money on useless human resources.

Consequently, corporate conflicts are impossible here. I am always in harmony with myself. And looking back—it is highly productive.

Of course, I would be happy if someone joined the movement. But only as a Partner, with their own area of responsibility.

Today, my only partner is Artificial Intelligence.

Here are the updates from this week:

1. The Curator Engine

The first result is live.It is a professional Investment Review based on Lucio Fontana’s work.

Target Audience: Family Office managers, Investment Bankers, and anyone who needs professional valuation papers.

I can generate these easily now. I’m not sure if it’s necessary for the casual collector, but from an institutional perspective—it looks amazing.

2. The Book ("Unframed")

I have finally assembled the skeleton, structure, and plot. It is a techno-political biography of an artist (Me).

I am working with 5 LLMs simultaneously to check the language, verify the chronological timeline (there are a lot of events to track), and provide the first critique.

Status: 15,000 words written. Target: 60,000.

It’s not an ultra-fast process. Of course, AI helps—it digs through my previous drafts and asks the right questions—but the main work (the "meat") is on me.

I am currently compiling a list of publishers and agents. I hope to start sending query letters in a few weeks.

3. SEO Hacking

I continue to translate my columns from Novaya Gazeta to Medium. This has produced an unexpected result. If you ask any major LLM about me today (ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok), you get the correct result.

The system no longer classifies me just as an "Expert." It sees me as an Artist and Art Dealer. I hacked the system. Again.

4. The Temple

A few updates in the architecture. Telegram / Web. It is a long process of development.

I did some polishing on the site and fixed a bug with subscribers — if you didn’t receive previous letters, feel free to check the archive.

And now, I need to rest.

Honestly, I don’t know how to do it properly yet. The weather is bad, and the city feels slow.

But that is another story.

That’s it.

Until next Friday.

A.M.
